What's the difference between accounting and bookkeeping?

The dictionary definitions are basically the same, only the designations are different. If you are looking for someone to take care of your day to day transactions, reconcile the books or do your taxes, those are services we can help with.

How much will it cost?

That isn't an easy question to answer, because every business is unique. We do have a minimum charge of $150 per month to do monthly accounting and we also offer other options such as our membership site for those who need a less hands on alternative at a lower cost. Before you commit we go through a discovery process that allows us to determine exactly what you are looking for and then we can tell you what the investment will be, before you sign the contract. No surprise bills at the end.

Who does my work?

We are a team at Out of The Box CPA. Everyone does a different part of the process for each client and you may hear from any one of us for clarification of something. If you would like a specific point of contact, just let us know and we will make a note!
